At Watson & Noble, we advise our clients in strategic decision making: we help our clients formulate the major goals of their businesses and identify how these goals can be implemented given the economic and financial environment it is embedded.

Our strategic analysis is, however, distinct. We go beyond the usual: we 
build models to quantitatively assess each strategy alternative. Our models are built under the lens of Real Options Valuation. Real Options Valuation is a powerfull tool to valuate flexiblity and increase awareness for the importance of options for strategy. 

 

Our approach helps us quantify and identify the main value drivers of a strategy. We accurately calculate the probability of success for each strategy alternative, and develop feedback strategies as the future unfolds new information. Our approach also enables us to identify hidden assumptions of intuitive thinking. By doing so, our clients are able to see projects and strategy from a different perspective, making them aware of further aspects that may matter for decision making.
